CONTRIBUTOR BIO Carol Buchanan is the author of five books, most of which are steeped in Montana history and the product of much research into early frontier life. Her novel God's Thunderbolt: The Vigilantes of Montana won the 2009 Spur Award for Best First Novel. In 2001 she published a book entitled Wordsworth's Gardens featuring photos of and insights about the British poet's gardens in the Lake District of England. Buchanan lives and writes in Kalispell, Montana, where she makes regular contributions to her blog about writing and the West. |
